Frequently Asked Questions
Who will be my point of contact during the onboarding process?
An AREMCO representative will work with you during the entire process, from vetting to evaluation of your first work order.
Am I limited to only completing work in one service area?
No. If you have the proven experience in multiple areas, you are more than welcome to cross lines and perform numerous duties. We are all about your growth!
Do I need a mobile device?
Yes. You will need a smartphone or tablet to use PROPWIRE.
When will I receive my first work order?
This is the final step of our hiring process, so as soon as we complete onboarding, you’ll be ready to go!
Is there a fee to be a vendor for AREMCO?
AREMCO does not charge a partnership fee to join our network. Due to compliance all vendors and employees have to have a background check completed. We have partnered with GoodHire which performs this service for our company in all 50 states. The fees associated with this service varies among states, counties and municipalities. The average background check is under $30.00.
Do I need to be licensed?
All general contractors and certain specialty trades, including plumbers, electricians, mechanical (HVAC) and roofers MUST be licensed to work with us.
How quickly do you pay vendors? What is your payment process?
AREMCO creates invoices through our Technology platform PROPWIRE as soon as your job is completed and the QC is validated from our staff. Same day invoicing occurs as long as necessary documentation is provided such as pictures, reports and other supporting documentation needed to close the work order.
AREMCO pays vendors through Banking ACH. We will generate payment for completed jobs within the 21day cycle from completion. All ACH payments will be available through your vendor portal. Transparency is our commitment to our partners.
